Ori Ben-Moshe
Ori Ben-Moshe is a Director of Portfolio Operations at EQT Partners, where he leads value creation, operational improvements, and growth initiatives for the firm’s Infrastructure Funds. Prior to joining EQT, Ori was with ORIX Capital Partners, a middle-market fund focused on the industrial services sector. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Serent Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on the technology and software sectors.
Before his career in private equity, Ori was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he led high-impact operations and growth engagements for global technology, industrial, and consumer clients. He also served as the General Manager of Numetrics, a McKinsey-owned SaaS platform that leveraged advanced analytics to optimize R&D productivity. Earlier in his career, Ori held roles in engineering, product management, and marketing at various networking and telecom companies.
Ori earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
