Paul Pan is a Partner in the KPMG Deal Advisory and Strategy practice and serves as the Private Equity Strategy Leader.  Based in New York, Paul is a trusted advisor to private equity and corporate clients on complex operational transactions and transformations, with a specific focus on complex carve-out transactions. 

He has worked with many of the largest Private Equity funds, and their internal operations groups, providing operational due diligence support as well as portfolio company value creation services.  Paul has expertise in defining value creation programs and has led several transformation programs for private equity portfolio companies which required executing on multiple operational levers and resulted in enhanced profitability. 

Paul has knowledge across several industry verticals, focusing on consumer products and industrials.
