PV Bóccasam is Managing Partner at Jörn Capital, where he invests directly and partners with a focused set of B2B enterprise VC/PE funds. He operates at the intersection of investing and execution—bringing a builder’s discipline to private equity and an investor’s rigor to management teams. He served on the board of Appian for over 15 years and helped guide the company through its IPO in 2017. A multi-time entrepreneur and turnaround operator, he now focuses on converting AI from experimentation into repeatable, scalable, and durable enterprise value. He is also a senior advisor to ChrysCapital and serves on several boards. He is passionate about early childhood bilingual education and executive chairman of Communikids.
