Ranjan is an Operating Partner on the Value Creation team and joined Vector Capital in 2025.

Ranjan brings over 18 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A where he worked on over 100+ deals including buy-side and sell-side diligences, merger integrations with synergy realization, carve-out planning and execution, Day One and 100 planning/execution, rapid and lean stand-ups for carve-outs and agile cost and operating model transformations across different functions with a focus on technology sector in the middle market.

Ranjan’s special areas of expertise and interest include getting PE-backed companies ready for exits whether it is enterprise sale or carve-outs to extract maximum value possible.

Prior to joining Vector, Ranjan spent 14+ years with EY-Parthenon in San Francisco (and other global offices) leading engagements for Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies including middle market and fortune 500 technology firms.
