Renée is an Operating Executive at Norwest, where she works with portfolio company leaders to scale B2B revenue engines, strengthen go-to-market strategy, and apply emerging AI capabilities across marketing and growth functions. She brings 20+ years of hands-on operating and advisory experience and partners closely with CEOs, marketing executives, sales leaders, and investors to help companies move from strategy to execution.

Before joining Norwest in 2022, Renée was Senior Vice President at Lucidworks, where she led global strategy for brand, product marketing, demand generation, and sales development. Earlier, she was a practice area leader at Trellist, a marketing consultancy and agency, and began her career in tech startups. Renée holds a bachelor of arts in political science and history from the University of Massachusetts, where she graduated with honors.
