Roger Beggs is a Field Operations Advisor at TPG, where he has driven operational excellence across the firm’s portfolio since 2010. Roger co-leads the TPG Leverage Program (TLP), an ecosystem of 150+ preferred partners that provides enterprise-scale advantages to companies across TPG’s Capital, Growth, and RISE funds. Specifically focused on the HR function, Roger partners with CHROs to drive value through HR operations, including the strategic management of TPG’s $1B+ collective employee benefits spend, HCM/Payroll technology deployment, and AI-driven efficiencies. He also facilitates cross-portfolio collaboration through his leadership of the Employee Benefits and Total Rewards Councils. Prior to TPG, Roger held leadership roles in finance and operations at Cerberus Capital, GE, and Honda Motor. He has served on the board of the International Dyslexia Association and is a dedicated advocate for Learning Ally.
