Rohit Mathur
Rohit Mathur is CEO of the HiTech, Industrial and EdTech business at Happiest Minds with global P&L responsibility. An engineer and former founder, he has built new businesses around successive technology shifts, from IoT and analytics to agentic AI. He works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to move software engineering to agentic delivery — baselining engineering economics, linking productivity gains to EBITDA, and committing to those gains contractually. His current focus is on how portfolio-company CTOs lead this shift, and which metrics show whether AI productivity is reaching the P&L or simply being absorbed as additional capacity.
