Rory Gaston is Founder and CEO of Saragossa, a technology enabled services business to the investment industry. He started his career in technology staffing, where he saw first-hand the gap between hiring capability and delivering meaningful outcomes. That insight led him to build Saragossa around a different model – one that combines deep access to specialist talent with hands-on execution across technology, data, and change.

Rory works closely with CTOs, data leaders, and operating partners across investment firms and their portfolio companies, supporting the delivery of complex initiatives ranging from platform modernisation to data transformation and operational scaling.
