Roxane Divol
Roxane Divol is a global technology executive. She is currently an Operating Principal with CVC Capital Partners, where she works alongside software companies in the portfolio to help them achieve value potential. Prior to CVC, Roxane help a similar role at Vista Equity Partners. Leading up to Private Equity, Roxane was both an operator – as Global COO at Webhelp in France, or as the leader of the Website Security Business at Symantec, and a management consultant, with a first career at McKinsey and Company.
As an active woman in business, she has advised companies, created one, served on multiple company. Roxane was Named to the Top50 Most Powerful Women in Technology 2017 by the National Diversity Council, 2017 Elite Woman in Insurance by Insurance Business America and one of San Francisco Business Times “Top 100 Most Influential Women of the Bay Area” in 2013; and “Forever Influential” in 2015.
Finally, Roxane is passionate about women’s rights, including access to education, healthcare, jobs, voting rights, and other inequities facing women and people across the globe. To that end she spent several years on the boards of the International Museum of Women and the Global Fund for Women and holds dear memories from the stories of powerful women activists that these organizations supported.
Having made San Francisco home since 2000, Roxane holds triple American, French and Colombian citizenship. She graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Insead in France. She has 3 children, one of whom is still in high-school. As less of her time is spent watching her children play competitive soccer, she is increasingly enjoying more swimming in the San Francisco Bay, cycling, practicing yoga or reading great fiction.
