Russ Trpkovski is an Operating Partner at CVC Capital Partners, which he joined in 2020. Based in Chicago, Russ is a member of CVC's Technology team, where he works closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvement and technology-enabled value creation across CVC's investments. He has a particular focus on go-to-market efficiency and the practical application of AI to accelerate revenue growth, streamline commercial operations, and build more scalable businesses.

Prior to joining CVC, Russ brought a diverse range of experience across technology, consumer, and strategy consulting. He held roles at Amazon Web Services, where he developed deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and digital transformation, and at L Catterton, the global consumer-focused private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Russ worked at Boston Consulting Group in Chicago, advising clients across a range of strategic and operational challenges.
