Ryan joined GTCR in 2025 as a Managing Director, leading Artificial Intelligence and Product across our portfolio. He evaluates prospective investments and shapes strategic direction based on emerging AI technologies. Within the Portfolio Resources Group, he champions innovative product approaches to drive growth and differentiation in the market. Prior to joining GTCR, Ryan served as Chief Product Officer at 1stDibs, overseeing product management, user experience, logistics, and the overall buyer and seller experiences for the two-sided marketplace. Previously, he led the product management organization for Google Ads core experiences and managed business development and strategy for Google Shopping. Ryan holds an MS in computer science from Stanford University with a specialization in artificial intelligence and a BA in economics magna cum laude from Yale University.
