A recognized thought leader in AI-led transformations, he brings over 30 years spanning strategy, operations, and technology, delivering value at scale across Fortune 500, mid-market, and private equity clients.
Before Mphasis, Sam was a Director at West Monroe, the global M&A advisory and digital services firm, where he focused exclusively on value creation for private equity portfolios. Across his career advising many of the world's leading PE firms, he has shaped large, complex, multi-year engagements that move portfolio companies from AI experimentation to measurable results.
A trusted advisor to CXOs on AI, data, cloud, and intelligent automation, Sam built his value-based consulting credentials in leadership roles at premier advisory and management consulting firms, including Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Alsbridge. He holds an Executive MBA from Boston University and completed the Advanced Operations Management Program at MIT.
