Sanjay Subramanian is a Partner at PwC and serves as the firm’s US and Global Anthropic Alliance Lead, where he leads AI alliance ecosystem strategy and technology alliances for Deals & Private Equity. With more than 25 years of experience spanning technology, strategy, and business transformation, he helps organizations harness advanced AI and other emerging technologies to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency while managing cost, talent, and risk in a rapidly evolving global market.
Throughout his career, Sanjay has focused on translating complex technology opportunities into tangible business outcomes, from digital transformation initiatives to large-scale deal environments and enterprise change. He is also known for his commitment to leadership, mentorship, and building inclusive, cross-cultural teams that bring together diverse perspectives and strategic insight. Sanjay holds both an MBA and a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
