Scott Phillips is a Managing Director at ORIX Capital Partners (“OCP”) and leads the portfolio operations team responsible for operational improvement initiatives and due diligence.  Prior to joining ORIX in 2018, Mr. Phillips served in various management roles at TE Connectivity, Continental AG, and Motorola.  Mr. Phillips earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Michigan State University.
