For over 25 years, Sebastien has alternated between operating and consulting roles in consumer, retail, and industrials, driving large-scale operational excellence and business transformations across growth, middle market, Fortune 100, and PE-backed companies. Sebastien joined Verlinvest after leading Realtruck’s operations as its Chief Operating Officer, heading Operations Excellence at LCatterton as an Operating Partner, and assuming various consulting, engineering, and operating roles over the years at McKinsey & Company and previously in Aerospace at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engines.

Sebastien holds a Master of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School, a Master of Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.
