Shaden Marzouk

Dr. Shaden Marzouk, MD MBA, is a growth-focused CEO with a track record of taking global billion-dollar and middle market healthcare companies into desired results. She is currently CEO of Spire Orthopedic Partners. Prior to Spire, she was CEO of GenesisCare and led its turnaround and strategic exit.

Shaden began her career as a neurosurgeon and U.S. Army Major, then transitioned into global senior leadership roles (Cardinal Health, AXA, Anthem) after receiving her MBA at Duke University and working as a healthcare investment banker at Goldman Sachs. She serves as Board Director and Chairperson for sponsor-backed companies (private and public). In addition, she advises early growth start-ups in AI and health technology. Shaden lives in Brooklyn and her hobby is exploring NYC’s neighborhoods and pursuing the perfect coffee.
