A former EY Senior Partner, Sharda architected and was the founding CEO of EY’s global delivery services platform, now 90,000+ professionals across nine countries, and built EY’s market-leading Intelligent Automation business, scaling it from $300M to over $1B. She has built, scaled and operated billion-dollar businesses and advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and high-growth AI startups on business model transformation, revenue growth, and enterprise-wide efficiency.
