Shirley is Investment Director and Investment Committee Member at Convergence Partners, a Swiss investment fund focused on healthcare and impact. Previously CFO and Head of Investment at Algoritmi Group, Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of Stifel’s Growth Capital Investment Banking division. Shirley is truly passionate about impact, legacy, and long-term value creation through Pragmatic Sustainability investing.

For philanthropic work, she also serves as Board Director and Head of Europe for HERHealthEQ, a leading New York–based healthcare NGO, where she oversees all donor relationships across Europe. She is also ally of the Real mental health, world leading men's mental health organisation.

Outside of her investment work, Shirley is a long-term practitioner of cultural arts — including Chadō (tea ceremony), Ikebana (flower arrangement), Pilates, and Piano — disciplines that shape her approach to presence, precision, and long-term value creation.
