Souvick Paul
Souvick joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2025 as Principal in the Center of Excellence for Technology & Innovation, bringing more than 20 years of leadership in the technology industry. He supports Frazier’s diligence efforts on potential acquisitions, drives the institutionalization of technology best practices, and partners with portfolio company CTOs, CIOs, and senior executives through strategic advisory, mentoring, and coaching.
Over the course of his career, Souvick has delivered more than $400 million in EBITDA improvement through technology-enabled value creation. His expertise spans product modernization, enterprise IT transformation, sourcing strategy, digital innovation, and aligning leadership teams with operational priorities to achieve sustained growth.
Prior to joining Frazier, Souvick spent nearly a decade with leading multi-strategy investment firms, including Cerberus Capital Management and Brookfield Asset Management, where he served as Vice President in portfolio operations. In these roles, he led initiatives across product strategy, technology carve-outs, integrations, and scalable IT infrastructure design to unlock value across diverse portfolios.
Earlier in his career, Souvick spent over a decade in IT services and consulting, including as an Engagement Manager with EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. As one of the founding members of EY’s PEVC team, he led technology diligence and signed-to-close planning for private equity clients.
Born and raised in India, Souvick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Amravati University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.
