Stephanie Caspar is a Partner and Head of Portfolio ＆ Via Summa in Summa Equity, a Nordic private equity fund that has raised c. EUR 4bn.
Summa is an impact investor focusing on the thematic areas of Circularity, Sustainable Food, Energy Transition and Tech-Enabled Resilience. The purpose of Summa is to invest in solving our global challenges. Summa has made over 30 platform investments across the three funds raised to date. The investments have the potential for long-term sustainable outperformance because they address some of the social, environmental, and governmental challenges we need to solve as a society.
In Summa, Caspar supports its portfolio companies with strategic planning, M＆A, and operations, as well as leading Via Summa, which gives portfolio companies access to highly qualified board members and expert advisors in everything from data analytics to branding and sales. Previously, Stephanie was a divisional president and executive board member at Axel Springer SE. Prior to that, she was the founding CEO of German retail company mirapodo, director of consumer experience at eBay, and engagement manager at McKinsey ＆ Company.
