Stirling Keen is Operating Partner – Private Markets at Aware Super, one of Australia's largest superannuation funds with US$160b in funds under management. He established the fund's Operating Partner function and continues to build out the value creation capability. He works with asset and portfolio management teams across Aware Super's direct property and infrastructure investments on value creation planning and execution with a focus on operating model, incentives, scale up and growth.

Stirling brings more than 20 years of international value creation experience spanning top-tier strategy consulting, executive operating roles, and investment across private equity and real assets. Appointments range from leadership of global strategy at Lendlease, to hands-on execution at PE portfolio companies. He commenced his career as an Army Officer (Captain), graduating from the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
