Sushil Thomas
Sushil Thomas is a Managing Director on the Value Creation team in San Francisco. Sushil most recently served as VP Enterprise at Scale AI, helping leading enterprises operationalize GenAI at scale, before founding his own company to extend that work. He previously was Corporate Vice President at Cloudera following Cloudera’s acquisition of Arcadia Data, the company he co-founded and led as CEO. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and architecture roles at Sun Microsystems, Teradata, and startups in the AI, cloud, and data spaces, building deep experience across enterprise software, data infrastructure, analytics, and machine learning. Sushil holds a master’s degree in computer science from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Mumbai.
