Tom is Director of AI Innovation and has extensive leadership experience across marketing, operations, technology, and product. Tom is a member of the firm’s Data & Technology Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Ridgemont, he spent seven years at Red Ventures, a digital technology and media company, where he led multi-million-dollar P&L partnerships across telecommunications, real estate and healthcare verticals. He developed digital transformation strategies, built data analytics capabilities, and drove business growth through data-driven innovation in paid media, product development, and customer acquisition.

Tom received a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College.
