Tomas Chadwick

Tomás R. Chadwick is a CFO and finance transformation leader with 30+ years of experience across private equity–backed, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as Interim CFO of Oakline Property Management, an Alpine Investors portfolio company, where he is building the full finance function. Previously, as CFO of New Mountain Capital–backed Summit Wash, he scaled the platform from 19 to 70 locations and revenue from roughly $60 million to $250 million. At Digitech, he grew EBITDA from $18 million to $50 million and led its sale to Sarnova at about 19x EBITDA. His healthcare leadership includes TheraCare and Surgery Care Affiliates, which was sold to Optum. Tomás began his career with 22 years at General Electric, where he completed the Corporate Audit Staff program. He holds an Executive MBA from Swiss Business School and a summa cum laude BSBA from American University, and speaks English, French, and Spanish.
