Tommy is a technology and operating executive with more than 30 years of experience leading digital transformation and scaling technology-driven businesses.

Prior to Knox Lane, Tommy has held senior leadership roles including COO, President, General Manager, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Technology Officer across Fortune 500, private-equity-backed, and growth-stage companies. He works closely with management teams to modernize technology platforms, strengthen product strategy, and improve execution and operating discipline.

Tommy previously served as an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners and has experience across EdTech, Healthcare, HRTech, and AI/ML businesses. He has served on multiple portfolio company boards.

Tommy holds degrees from Auburn University at Montgomery and the University of Georgia and is completing graduate studies in Organizational Psychology at Harvard.
