Prior to joining Apollo in 2024, she was the Talent Operating Partner at Macquarie Asset Management, a global middle market real assets investor specializing in infrastructure, green energy and agriculture. Previously, Tracey held senior leadership positions at the Macquarie Group and Goldman Sachs across Australia, Asia and the United States, focused on leadership and organizational development.
