Virginia Lantz is a leader in Accenture's Private Equity Sourcing & Procurement practice, where she partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to deliver EBITDA impact, operational improvement, and cash generation through procurement value-creation initiatives. Over the past 15 years, she has advised dozens of private equity firms and their portfolio companies through complex engagements. Her experience includes large-scale transformational procurement programs across several sectors, particularly in technology, financial services, and healthcare.  Virginia focuses on building internal capabilities to sustain value capture, and she has guided clients through the adoption of AI across the end-to-end procurement value chain.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she graduated with Highest Honors.
