William Bundy

William Bundy is a private equity-focused operator and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience helping companies improve performance in complex, high-stakes situations. He currently serves as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he works with investors and management teams on value creation, turnarounds, carve-outs, and growth. Previously, he served as Chief Transformation Officer and interim Chief Supply Chain Officer at Orveon Global, where he helped lead a major operational turnaround and built critical functions amidst a global carve out. Earlier, as a Managing Director at AlixPartners, he helped build the firm’s private equity value creation and operational due diligence practice, advising sponsors and portfolio companies on performance improvement, integration, and transformation. William began his career as a U.S. Navy officer, serving aboard nuclear submarines and in Pentagon assignments, experiences that shaped his disciplined, calm, mission-focused leadership style. He is an MBA graduate of The Wharton School and a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
