Zac Stafford serves as the Group Vice President of ME Americas at Workday, where he leads the company’s largest market segment in Medium Enterprise. In this role, Zac oversees a massive regional operation focused on net-new customer acquisition and driving continuous value for Workday's extensive existing customer base.

Zac’s journey with Workday began in 2011 when it was a fast-growing, pre-IPO Silicon Valley startup with just 200 customers. Joining as an Account Executive, his leadership and strategic execution over the next 15 years propelled him through increasingly senior executive roles—including Regional Sales Director, Vice President of the National Customer Team, and Group VP of NA & LATAM Sales—before stepping into his current continent-spanning leadership position.

Before his tenure at Workday, Zac built a robust foundation in sales and leadership at Paychex, Inc., where he eventually led the Southeast team, trained dozens of account executives, and personally impacted over 8,000 small businesses across Georgia. An entrepreneur at heart, he also successfully built SV Investments, a real estate firm based out of Smyrna, Georgia. Additionally, Zac has brought his strategic growth mindset to governance, serving as an active investor since inception and a Board Member since 2016 for McWhorter
Capital Partners.

A proud graduate of The University of Georgia, Zac holds a BBA in International Business with a minor in Spanish (a degree highlighted by his time studying abroad in Spain and an early, foundational stint selling books door-to-door with The Southwestern Company). Zac resides on a small farm in Milton, Georgia, with his wife Amy, and their two children, Barron and Finley Mae. Outside of his executive responsibilities, he is deeply involved in his church and local philanthropy, and enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and gardening
