Alison is Co-Head of the Fixed Income Manager Research team for UK and EMEA. She has 20 years investment experience and with expertise across both liquid and private debt markets. She has led the firm’s research efforts in strategies such as asset-based lending, distressed debt, regulatory capital relief and litigation finance. This includes creating new bespoke funds for Aon clients.

Alison is also a member of Aon’s global credit investment committee, participating in developing firmwide top-down strategy and sector views and evaluating the scope of available investment opportunities. She is also the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion lead for the investment manager research team; working to engage with asset managers on behalf of Aon and its client base.
