Aurélie Hariton-Fardad

Head of EMEA Portfolio Management & Global Sustainability , MetLife Investment Management

Aurélie Hariton-Fardad is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA Portfolio Management for MetLife Investment Management (MIM). She helps insurance companies and pension funds in Europe and Asia invest in infrastructure debt and corporate private credit strategies. Her team builds diversified portfolios of high quality and crossover investments. Aurélie is also the Portfolio Manager of MIM’s Dublin-domiciled infrastructure debt and private credit funds.

In addition to her portfolio management role, Aurélie supports MIM’s Private Credit group by being ESG Team Lead. She is a member of MIM’s ESG Integration Council.

Aurélie joined MIM’s Private Capital team in 2015 and was initially responsible for origination and executing corporate private placement transactions in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. She transitioned into Portfolio Management in 2022.

Prior to joining MIM, Aurélie was a Director at rating agency Standard and Poor’s, a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Macquarie Capital, a Credit Analyst at in the Structured Finance business of GE Capital, and a consultant at economic consultancy Oxera.

Aurélie earned a M.Sc. in Regulation from the London School of Economics, a M.A. in Industrial Organisation from Université Paris Dauphine, and a law degree from Université of Lyon.
