Matthew is a Senior Partner in the Triton Mid-Market team. He leads the TMM team in the UK and is also co-head of the Business Services sector team. Matthew works out of the London office and has been involved in a number of investments including OCU Group, Clinigen, Ramudden Global, IFCO and Pharmanovia. Matthew has been operating in the financial, industrial and investment arenas for over 25 years. He first worked for Triton in 2004 and has served on the board of several Triton portfolio companies as a non-executive. Prior to joining Triton in 2018, he held a number of significant positions including International Head of Global Private Equity at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, designate CEO of Kaupthing Bank, and was also a senior director at Prudential. He completed the solicitor examination at Guilford Law College and holds a BA in Law.
