Sven Gralla has been working as Fund Manager Private Debt & Infrastructure Equity at LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH since the beginning of 2024 and focusses on manager selection within various fund of funds strategies, individual advisory mandates and managed accounts. Previously, Sven Gralla was a Senior Associate at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe, where he was responsible for setting up a private debt fund of funds with a focus on the lower-mid-market as a member of the investment team.

During his Master's degree, Sven Gralla worked as a researcher for BAI e.V. (German Alternative Investment Lobby), where he conducted research projects on topics such as private debt, infrastructure and co-investments. Sven Gralla holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Cologne. He also completed the Alternative Investments Programme at the London School of Economics.

Sven is a member of the Advisory Boards of the PDI Germany Forum and the PDI Europe Summit since 2023. Sven Gralla is a founding member of the BAI NextGen Council, which focus on networking of future leaders in the industry (GPs & LPs).
