Alex Petrossian is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners where he leads the Credit Structuring Team, which sits at the intersection of the core underwriting team and the legal team. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Alex was a Principal at Blackstone Credit, where he structured and executed various private credit investments. Prior to Blackstone, Alex was an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, where he practiced leveraged finance and capital markets. Alex holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
