Alfred Griffin

Chief Investment Officer, Coalition for Green Capital

Alfred Griffin is the Chief Investment Officer at the Coalition for Green Capital (CGC), where he oversees all investment activities and related capital formation. He chairs the Investment Committee and serves on the Management Committee.

Before joining CGC, Alfred led sustainable infrastructure credit platforms at Generate Capital and was the founding President of NY Green Bank, guiding it for formation to more than $1 billion in investments. Earlier in his career, he spent 16 years in structured finance at Citigroup. He holds bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
