Mr. Athan Attia is a seasoned investor, fund manager, and strategic financial leader with a proven track record in deploying capital across high-growth ventures and diverse real estate portfolios. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Baylor University and an MBA from Rice University.

Since 2019, Mr. Attia has been actively investing in and scaling venture opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and managing multi-asset investment strategies. His early career included serving on ConocoPhillips’ gas trading team, where he worked with major institutional clients such as Exxon Mobil and British Petroleum, navigating high-value transactions in global energy markets.

He later joined Uber Freight’s Strategic Finance group, contributing to capital allocation initiatives and working closely with key stakeholders, including Uber Freight’s major investor, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Attia has personally sourced, structured, and acquired transactions exceeding $20 million in aggregate value. His expertise spans capital raising, deal origination, financial modeling, and investor relations, positioning him as a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth entities.
