Azmeen is an Investment Executive at British International Investment (BII), the United Kingdom’s Development Finance Institution. At BII, Azmeen works at the intersection of impact investing and traditional finance, focusing on enabling financial intermediaries to deploy credit through investing in blended finance funds, private credit funds, risk-sharing facilities, and structured credit vehicles. Prior to BII, Azmeen spent seven years working for Standard Chartered in Singapore advising the bank’s C-suite on global strategic initiatives.

Azmeen holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
