Prior to founding Noetica, Dan spent time in both finance and law, starting his career at BlackRock, where he incubated and developed new securities products in fixed income markets and later becoming a transactional attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, where he represented parties in high-stakes corporate transactions. His deal sheet includes some of the most high-profile deals of all time, including T-mobile’s buyout of Sprint, UTC’s merger with Raytheon, Abbvie’s merger with Allergan and Neiman Marcus’ record-breaking restructuring.

Dan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he was honored as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, and obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He currently lives in the NYC area with his wife Emily, and his two daughters, Skyler and Quinn.
