Émilie Goirand

Emilie has over 10 years of experience in private markets. She began her career in 2016 at Rothschild & Co within the Five Arrows division, where she worked on private equity and private debt transactions, covering investment analysis, structuring, and monitoring. In 2018, she joined AXA IM as a credit analyst specializing in Leveraged Loans and Private Debt strategies, while also leading ESG integration projects. Since 2022, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at MV Credit (based in Paris and London), where she designed and implemented ESG policies, performance indicators, and analytical frameworks, notably contributing to the achievement of top-quartile UNPRI scores. Emilie Goirand holds a *Magistère* degree in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Paris Dauphine University, is certified as a "Sustainable Transformation Strategist" by École Polytechnique, and holds the CFA ESG Investing certificate.
