Gordon participates in all aspects of the portfolio construction, risk management, analytics and research that support Northleaf’s private equity and private credit funds and product development activities.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2020, Gordon worked at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader where he performed due diligence for private equity clients and worked with senior executives to develop corporate strategy and mobilize transformations. Previously, Gordon was a Senior Associate at Deloitte and worked with asset management clients to perform valuations and financial audits and advise on accounting policies.

Gordon received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo.
