A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an OPM alumnus of Harvard Business School, Gurvinder began his career in object-oriented design and consulting, later joining Sapient. There, he played a pivotal role in expanding Sapient’s footprint in the UK, establishing Sapient India on a self-funded basis, and delivering major transformation initiatives, including a re-engineering project for Dun & Bradstreet’s European operations. During this time, he also contributed to the incubation of the FIX protocol, now a widely adopted industry standard for electronic trading.

In 2000, Gurvinder co-founded IVP with the vision of helping capital markets firms harness technology to achieve measurable business outcomes, improving scalability, efficiency, and reliability while reducing costs.
