Senior Managing Director/Head of Fixed Income, Guardian Life

Isaac Lowenbraun is Senior Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income and Derivatives at Guardian, where he oversees the firm's public and private fixed-income portfolios and derivatives strategies. His investment responsibilities include corporate credit, private debt, infrastructure debt, fund finance, and securitized assets.

With extensive experience managing both insurance general account and total-return portfolios, Isaac focuses on balancing income generation, capital efficiency, liquidity, and risk within a liability-driven investment framework. Prior to joining Guardian, he held portfolio management, quantitative analysis, and risk management roles at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney.

Isaac serves on the ACLI Investment Subcommittee, the Investment Subcommittee of the Life Insurance Council of New York (LICONY) and is a member of the Economic Club of New York. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Touro University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.
