Jeff Bracchitta, managing director, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in New York, Jeff serves as the Head of Private Credit and is leading the group’s expansion into direct lending. Before joining the group in 2025, Jeff led Direct Lending within J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Debt Capital Markets since the initiative's launch in 2021. Jeff spent the prior 18 years in traditional leveraged finance and led the NY Mid Cap Leveraged Finance team.  Jeff began his career as a Credit Analyst at JPMorgan after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Manhattan University in New York.
