Jonathan Dencker-Rasmussen

Jonathan leads Capital Solutions and Business Development at LCM Partners. With 15 years’ experience in private markets, he has helped opportunistic credit managers build and expand their platforms, while connecting institutional investors with distinctive private credit opportunities.
Prior to joining LCM, Jonathan held similar roles at leading firms including Centerbridge Partners, CarVal Investors, and Deutsche Asset Management. He began his career at PwC, advising private equity and credit managers on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Jonathan holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business from Copenhagen Business School and Bocconi University in Milan.
