Kevin has more than 27 years of experience in the private investment markets, having managed over $3 billion in debt, equity, and fund investments throughout his career. At LongWater, Kevin is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and managing private debt and equity investments, while also helping oversee portfolio management, deal execution, and investment reporting.

Prior to joining LongWater, Kevin served as Senior Managing Director and Head of the Private Debt & Equity team at RGA, where he was also a member of the Investment Committee. He led all facets of the platform, including origination, structuring, portfolio management, deal operations, and reporting.

Earlier in his career, Kevin held leveraged lending roles with Wachovia, Citigroup, Parkside Financial, and LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO, and also worked in equity investing with Caparo Group, a London-based family office focused on niche manufacturing businesses.

Founded in 2009, LongWater is an alternative asset management firm with approximately $1 billion in assets under management, focused exclusively on the lower middle market. With offices in Fargo, Dallas, and St. Louis, the firm invests through two complementary platforms: LongWater Capital Solutions and LongWater Private Equity.

LongWater Capital Solutions invests across the capital structure through direct private credit, minority equity, and primary limited partnership commitments to lower middle market private equity funds. LongWater Private Equity makes control investments in industrial businesses, partnering with business owners and management teams to support strategic growth and long-term value creation.
