Mark Linnan founded Innis Advisors, a bespoke institutional advisory and placement company, in 2020.   Prior to forming Innis Advisors, Mr. Linnan was a Managing Director at PennantPark Investment Advisors.  In that role, he was principally responsible for managing the firm’s institutional client relationships, product development and fund structuring and marketing and investor relations efforts for the firm.    

Before Pennant Park, Mark was a Managing Director at placement agent Indian Harbor LLC and Head of US for Dexion Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on distributing and placing alternative funds. From 1997 to 2004, he held several senior positions in the Julius Baer Group in Zurich and the US. Mark holds a BS from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University.
