Michael Ewald

Partner, Global Head of the Private Credit Group, Bain Capital

Middle Market Credit and Senior Direct Lending strategies at Bain Capital Credit, a leading global credit specialist with approximately $43 billion in assets under management. He also serves as CEO of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. (NYSE: BCSF), a publicly traded business development company.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Credit in 1998, Michael was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company where he focused on strategy consulting to the Financial Services, Manufacturing and Consumer Products industries. Earlier in his career, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as an analyst in the Regulated Industries group.

Michael received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Tufts University.
