Mustafa is founder and partner of MD Advisors, a London-based independent debt advisory and restructuring platform providing high value-added, strategic and confidential advice in growth financings, LBO’s, special situations and distressed transactions.

Mustafa formerly held leadership roles at Rothschild, Morgan Stanley and Ondra Partners, and he has almost 30 years’ experience as lender, investor and advisor. At Rothschild Mustafa was responsible for the debt advisory and restructuring practice for financial sponsors. His expertise spans private and public financings across corporate, infrastructure and ABL debt.

Mustafa was a Fulbright Scholar and graduated from UC Berkeley.
