Nabil Aquedim

Prior to joining Arini in 2024, Mr. Aquedim served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he spent the majority of his career in the Special Situations Group, within the Asset Investing group. He also held roles in real estate investing within the Merchant Bank and Asset Management divisions of the firm and began his career in mergers and acquisitions, covering specialty finance in particular. Mr. Aquedim holds four Master of Science degrees: in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique, in Engineering from École des Mines, in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po, and in Statistical Analysis and Stochastic Modelling from Université Paris Diderot.

Arini is a European Credit focused alternative investment manager founded in 2021 with our first Long/Short Strategy launched in January 2022. We are a 180+ person team with offices in London, NYC, Abu Dhabi and Warsaw, with ~$21bn1 under management across Public and Private Credit Strategies. Our edge is rooted in deep, fundamental credit research developed by our seasoned sector-based credit research team, which translates into a continuity of coverage in the corporate High Yield space in Europe, and increasingly a differentiated perspective on global companies as a point of comparison. This process has created a proprietary library of IP which continues to evolve, and which we are able to deploy in Performing, Stressed, Structured Credit, Capital Solutions, Asset-Based and Private Credit opportunities. We aim to act with high conviction and agility in environments others view as complex or challenging, with the goal of delivering meaningful alpha across market cycles.
