Nicola Schierz is Head of the Insurance Segment within the Investment Consulting division at Marsh. Her responsibilities include advising insurance clients and other institutional investors on the development and implementation of their investment strategies, including responsible investment approaches.

Nicola has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining Marsh, she was responsible for customer relationship management as well as the development and implementation of the responsible investment strategy at Ampega Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she worked at KPMG, where she was involved in the audit and consulting of insurance companies.

Nicola holds an MA in International Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and a degree in International Corporate Finance from ISC Paris.
